Off-season training

I finally got around hoovering in the garage. I read an article recently that basically concluded you only need 20 minutes of intensive training twice a week to improve your condition. So now I try to get to the habit of doing 10km at least once a week on the rollers in addition to some bouldering in the gym and weekly floorball training. There is a Helsinki-Porvoo group ride by the yksivaihde.net crowd coming up in April and Giro d’Espoo sportive is already in May. So I better get in shape or it will be ugly.
